Its where the journey starts.  We chart a course for each project with detailed timeline and resource estimates and identify risks and opportunities that might be encountered along the way.  If requirements don’t exist, we will create them.  If a design process isn’t identified, we’ll supply it.  If a manufacturer isn’t identified, we’ll help select one.  We see the forest from the trees and know that identifying and tracking key success measures is crucial to staying on course.

The systems engineer has overall responsibility for delivering a product that meets documented requirements and relevant standards.  The systems engineer will plan and execute appropriate testing during the product development phases and will shepherd the product into manufacturing.
